Ricardo provide evaluation of low cost air quality sensors
28/02/2022
Ricardo Energy and Environment played a pivotal role in evaluating low cost sensors in Oxford. Working with key partners: Oxford City Council and City Councillors, University of Oxford and Apertum, we assessed the performance of portable sensors in a range of operating modes: fixed, walking, cycling and in-vehicle. We also engaged with local communities and schools via a programme of consultation studies and workshops, to understand public perception of AQ issues, how they could measure for themselves and mitigation strategies.
